Our apartment is situated in the residence „Es Turo“ with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, centrally, but quietly located on the third floor of the 4-storeyd beach block directly at the beach promenade and with own access to the beach.
The combined living-dining room with panoramic sliding doors is equipped with satellite TV (flatscreen), stereo, ceiling fan, marble heating and air conditioning hot/cold. In the living area you will find a sofa-bed and a fitted wardrobe.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and all facilities which are necessary for every day. The bathroom has been completely renovated in December 2011 and disposes of a shower and electrical heating.
The tastefully decorated bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 1,80 x 2,00 m, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and electrical heating.

Description of the area:

Peguera – in the past called Paguera – has a direct motorway exit and lies approximately
20 minutes by car in Southwestern direction of Palma. The village has three beaches with sunbeds, sunshades, pedal boats and a landing for boat trips. The boulevard of approximately 1.5 km parallels the beach, has lots of restaurants and bars and invites to evening strolls. You will find shopping facilities and bus stops nearby and lots of hiking and biking tours start here as well.

How to find us:

Wenn Sie mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Palma immer in Richtung Andratx fahren, kommt kurz nach Santa Ponsa die Abfahrt Costa de la Calma, danach die erste Abfahrt Peguera – weiter fahren!
Erst die zweite Abfahrt Peguera – Es Capdella nehmen; am Kreisel links in Richtung Peguera, nächster Kreisel geradeaus nach Peguera hinein.
Führt automatisch zum Boulevard, auf den man von hier kommend nur links abbiegen darf.
Die nächstmögliche KLEINE Straße rechts (auf dem Eck ist das Havana Café, gegenüber eine Parfümerie) einbiegen, das ist die CALLE TURO, eine Sackgasse!
Auf der rechten Seite ist das Hochhaus vom Es Turo, ganz am Ende rechts ist der kleine Parkplatz (abgeschlossen) vom Strandblock Es Turo.
