The one family home is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the village and is bungalow style of 1400 square meters property. It has 180 square meters living area. Highlight for the guests is the 60 square meter bathed in light living and dining area, that specially for groups offers enough space to eat and sit all together.
At winter time a tiled fire place provides for warmth coziness, at summertime you can get directly from here to the terrace, the garden and the wintergarden.
20 square meters in the open living and dining room are kept free of furniture to customize to your individual needs.You can use it as a relaxing area or a music room (here you can find a well maintained IBACH piano), as a room for further education or even as an aditional guestroom.
One of the 2 kitchen is aquipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Groups of 10/11 persons can enjoy to have two oven, two stoves, two fridges and a pantry to keep groceries.
The view to the autside offers an almost finished landscaped garden.

Description of the area:

Within the scenic cultural countryside of the Rheingau-Taunus, qou will find the relaxing recreational village of Stephanshausen nestled in the hilly countryside(360m over NN). The village is only 9km away from Rüdesheim/Rhine with its famous street Drosselgasse, the Niederwalddenkmal y near the famous Loreley.
There are many interesting hiking trails available within close proximity with beautiful views over the Rhine Valley.
Visit the romantic alleys in the nearby villages and the numerous pubs and wine houses that will offer you tipical specialities.The Rhine Romantic offers dominant fortresses and castles, historic churches and monasteries, the famous Loreley as well as sun drenched wine hills.In 2002 The UNESCO declared the Upper middle Rhine Valley as a Cultural World Heritage area.
There are 3 spatowns in the Rheingau Valley: Schlangenbad, Wiesbaden and Bad Schwalbach, with termal springs, ideal for fisical and mental recreation.

How to find us:

From Wiesbaden via the A 66 to Eltville/Rhein, then the B 42 to Winkel West. In Winkel West you turn right to Johannisberg and there otherwise right to Stephanshausen/Presberg.
From Koblenz you have to drive to Geisenheim via B42 and there turn left to Johannisberg and Stephanshausen.
The next railway stations are Rüdesheim and Geisenheim. There you can get a bus (once a hour) to Stephanshausen.
