Terrace & Pool - Area

Most of your time will be spent at the beautiful pool area. Enjoy a relaxing sun bath on one of the four deckchairs, and then take a refreshing swim in the heated 14 x 28 foot pool. Or, you might want to make yourself comfortable in the large jacuzzi to unwind. There is a table with six chairs, as well as a gas grill for your use under the shaded roofed area of the deck.

The living space is 1630 sq. ft. and offers three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, stereo system. The dining room is spacious, and there is an office area in the home as well, complete with a desk and chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, mixer, refrigerator with ice maker, micro wave, stove/oven, and a dishwasher. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery, and the dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, separated only by a counter.

The home has a telephone, answering machine and fax machine so that you may keep in touch with your loved ones at home.

High speed internet connection is available for your computer needs free of charge .

The villa has three bedrooms with large closets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, chest with mirror, two night stands with lamps and a large screen TV. There is direct access to the terrace/pool area from the master bedroom as well.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with two night tables and lamps, and the third bedroom as twin beds and a small desk.

There are two bathrooms with shower or shower/tub, sinks and toilet, and sufficient towels and bed linens provided.

A cot and high chair are available on request.
Utility room:
A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are in the home.

Garage:
One car garage with remote garage door opener.

Description of the area:

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
