This stone house-apartment is located in the picturesque small town of Novigrad, on the north-west shore of the Istrian peninsula. The accomodation consists of an extensive, raditionally furnished kitchen with a fireplace, a big table, a couch, and satellite TV. The exit from the dining room leads on to a covered terrace, tquipped with a table, where you can enjoy sitting in the shade, as well as the view of green lawn and garden. The stairway next to the dining room leads down into the lower story, which is comprised of an extensive room with a large matrimonial bed and a single bed. The room is furnished in an antique style. The bathroom with the toilet and shower is also there. he house is in the vicinity of the Novigrad marina and the beach. here is ample parking space, s well as a barbecue facility.

The tourist resort of Novigrad, situated on the west coast of Istria, stands out among the many Istrian towns by its unique natural beauties, rich cultural heritage and naturally the great hospitality of its people. The Novigrad Riviera stretches from Dajla to the mouth of the Mirna River and is characterized by an indented, low and accessible coast with rocky and pebbly beaches. Situated along the coast are Novigrad’ s hotels with well-equipped sports grounds and various catering facilities.

The historic core of the town of Novigrad lies on a promontory that was once an island which was connected with the mainland in the 18th century. The well-preserved town walls are one of the most attractive symbols of this tourist resort.

(There are now several easy routes with budget airlines making Istria accessible. The easiest route is to Pula from Stansted (Ryanair). This is now a 45 min drive. Trieste airport in Italy is an easy 75 mins drive (Ryanair). Car hire is recommended and can easily be arranged through Ryanair. Rijeka airport is 75 mins drive (Easyjet - Luton) flying directly into Croatia. It is also possible to fly to Pula in Istria (45 mins drive) from Scotland (flyglobespan).
