Der Fischerort Barbat auf der Insel Rab hatt eine lange touristische Tradition und ist bekannt über gepflegte Häuser und gute Restaurants.
Die "Villa MALI" mit wunderschönem egsotischem Garten liegt in ruhiger Lage, nur 20 Meter vom Meer. Bis zum ersten Geschäft und Gaststätte sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Ein Divingzentrum ist auch in der Nähe. Bis der Stadt Rab sind es knappe 4 Km.
Der Bootsteg ist vor dem Haus. Die Wohnungen sind auf dem Stock, der Vermieter wohnt im Erdgeschoss.
Im Frühling und Herbst bietet der Besitzer Fischfangausflüge.
