It accommodates 3 to 4 people max. It is smartly furnished and equipped. The view over the Korinthian Gulf is superb.

Detailed description:

The flat is on the second floor (elevator available) of a modern apartment house situtated on the coastal road of the city, (main entrance opposite to the Town Hall on a pedestrian road. The flat itself is recently renovated and it has one bathroom (with combination of shower/massage system) one kitchen and two rooms. One of them is the bedroom with two single beds .The other one is used as the living room and its sofa has a trundle bed underneath and both together form a very comfortable super double bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary appliances working with electric power (no gas available). There is a big balcony in front of both rooms with very nice view all over the corinthian gulf, the corinthian canal, and the mountains around and of course the long loutraki beach where you can swim. If you like watching the sunset you will have the occasion to admire one of the best in Greece.
Both rooms are equipped with air-conditions and electrically rolling awnings to protect from the sun and the afternoon heat. The balcony doors are equipped with double glasses to assure noise and heat isolation. Free internet connection is available.
In case more than 4 people wish to come, you can rent also my other flat (listed as Studio by bthe beach, under no.7775). Both flats together can accomodate 6 people .They are one next to the other and their balconies communicate. In this case the prices will be discussed.

Description of the area:

Loutraki is a famous themal center well known for its mineral waters.The actually renovated wellness center (SPA) is at 5 min walk from our building. Athens (capital city of Greece) is at 78km from Loutraki.
So, you can easily visit Athens and a lot of interesting places in the Peloponnese (please consult a map of greece) as well as in the northern part of the country. Organized guided excursions are available by plenty of tourist offices in Loutraki at reasonable prices. In Loutraki during the summer months cultural events take place with free entrance. At Epidaurus, 1h½ drive from Loutraki, there are also theater (ancient drama) performances at the famous ancient Epidaurus theater. There are organized visits by coach on that purpose from Loutraki to Eidaurus at a cost of 20 euros (return coach ticket) + theater ticket.

How to find us:

From the Athens airport there are two options:1) By bus X93 to the Coach Terminal Kifissos and from there by coach to Loutraki terminal exactly at 50m from our building (total time needed about 2hours and total cost 15E),
2) By Proastiakos train directly from the airport to the city of Corinth where from you reach Loutraki by taxi (15km) Time needed about 2hours, Train ticket 15E and taxi fare 15E. For more details please contact the owner.
