At the vast property you´ll find three nicely decorated cottages with a maximum of privacy. Two are modern wooden bungalows separated by fences and plants each for 3-4 persons. The third is the “Straw hat cottage” a little house for 4-5 pers. on another part of the plot even with its own driveway. All you share is the pool and the kindness of the friendly owners who will bring freshly baked bread in the morning to your cottage

Description of the area:

You’ll find everything nearby; particularly popular with surfers is the beach of Praia Grande in 1 km distance, an unspoiled typical village with all shopping possibilities, cafes, restaurants and large weekly markets, a small forest just behind the plot to start long walking tours.

Numerous sights in the 40 km radius, first of course Lisbon easily achievable by constantly going trains along a nice coast-line. But also of tranquil places such as the indispensable World-Heritage Sintra. Nightlife, shopping, bars can be found in the somewhat fashionable Cascais/Estoril, with its casino

You have the choice between a number of clean sandy beaches, which are all equipped with a restaurant, cafe, toilets and beach guard in the season, as well as some wonderful sea-water pools, but unspoilt and spared from mass tourism. There are also tennis courts and several international golf courses in about 15 minutes. The area is a happy combination of abundant natural and cultural assets, particularly to highlight the near Sintra World Heritage. Lisbon can be easily reached by constant trains along a nice coast-line.
For children there are special attractions, and they are welcome everywhere.
