If you are looking for that special slice of tropical Thai living, Baan Suan Far-Sai is the ideal retreat. With six bedrooms, a private swimming pool, ultra privacy and just 200 meters from the beach, this property is superbly positioned to ensure you get that peaceful holiday you desire within close proximity to the beach, restaurants and the main entertainment areas of Pattaya and Jomtien. Basking in the glow of a tropically landscaped garden, the peaceful surroundings are a great feature. The moment you arrive at the property, you will encounter a tall perimeter wall. Once inside, you will find the tropical garden with copious amounts of palm trees and luscious vegetation which provides a stunning backdrop for the house.
Set over a total area of 800sqm, 400sqm of which is internal, allowing you lots of space to relax and unwind in untold privacy. The 17 meter long private swimming pool is the focal point of the garden, adjoined by a Thai sala with a lounge style interior, ideal for relaxing in the shade. The cacophony of scenic vegetation really creates that subtropical atmosphere. Set between the garden and the entrance of the house is a massive outdoor terrace, fully equipped with numerous lounging areas with two wooden tables with seating enough for six persons each. There is also some stainless steel/marble tables and chairs commanding great garden views. The terrace is a great place for al fresco dining or just watching the world go by.
When you immediately set foot into the villa, you will encounter the games room, fully equipped with a full size slate bed pool table and a wooden bar. Right behind the games room you will find a great outdoor red-brick barbecue.
Kitchen Description:
The kitchen is on the ground level of the house, just footsteps from the games room. Here you will find a selection of marble counter tops and wooden kitchen units. The choice of appliances include a oven, grill, Samsung microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a three ring stovetop, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also lots of dishware and cutlery for your use.
Living Room Description:
The living room is perched on the second level of the house directly accessed via a stunning stone staircase that leads from the ground floor. A great feature of this area are several wooden framed windows that all open up to allow the amazing and welcoming sea breeze to waft through the lounge. The garden views from this level are magnificent, allowing you to absorb the vast array of luscious tropical garden foliage. The living area is open plan, with the lounge owning an L-shape leather settee and a wood/glass coffee table. The entertainment features of the room include a large Samsung flat-screen TV, cable TV channels, a DVD player and a surround sound music system.
Bedrooms Description:
There are six bedrooms in total, four of which have ensuite bathrooms. The five main bedrooms all have LCD flat screen televisions.
Bedroom 1: Situated on the ground floor with scenic garden views, this bedroom owns a double bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: These three bedrooms are all situated on the second floor within close proximity of the lounge. They all have a selection of double beds, wardrobe facilities, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.
Bedroom 5: This bedroom is also on the second floor, equipped with a sofa-bed which comfortable sleeps one adult or two children. This room also has air-conditioning and opens right up next to the dining area.
Bedroom Six: Making your way up the beautiful wooden spiral staircase from the second floor, you will find a spacious attic, which has been converted into a lovely bedroom. Equipped with a double bed, storage facilities and an amazing wooden deck roof terrace, this bedroom is quite unique. The terrace owns a table and chairs and showcases some great views overlooking not only the surrounding area, but also allows elevated sea-views.
Bathroom Description:
The ground floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. The remaining three bathrooms belong to the three main bedrooms on the second floor, although one of the bathrooms can also be accessed from the lounge. Two of the ensuites have walk-in showers, toilets and wash basins. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom is an outdoor bathroom, which is totally private and fully equipped with a masterful external Jacuzzi, a shower, wash basin and toilet.
