This house is a fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in beautiful Lauderdale by the Sea, right off of A1A. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It is newly furnished with a 'House at the Beach' theme. We have a screened in patio with a hot tub in it and a fenced in lawn with pool.

All new appliances with washer & dryer. We also have an extra refrigerator, beach chairs, bikes and a wagon to pull your things to the beach. We have a stroller, toys and portable bed for little ones. I have rented this house for three consecutive years and maintain it personally, it is immaculate and is constantly updated.

Lauderdale by the Sea is the preferred spot for vacationers in all of Fort Lauderdale. It is quiet, clean, save and yet very close to the action. Bel Air is an upscale neighborhood built in the 50s.
