The holiday "Mimosa", in very quiet location on a hill, is about 1 km from the village of Pleubian, the sea and all shops, bank, doctors, etc. Surrounded by 800m2 of garden with mature trees and a rock garden, it offers a variety of sunny and shady "retreats", different seating possibilities / sun loungers, BBQ and a sweeping views across the country. 1 spacious living room with fireplace, 2 sofas, armchairs, sideboards, desk, TV (French), DVD, stereo, telephone, books, games, 3 large windows overlooking the garden. Kitchen with seating area for 4 people, oven, gas stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, dishwasher… everything is there to delight the hobby cook.



1 Bathroom with shower and toilet.
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200 / 160x200), as well as chairs, table, wardrobe + chests of drawers, radios. Sweeping view over artichoke fields. Private parking (can be locked). 1 garden shed with washing machine and tumble dryer. Pets are not allowed.

The remarkable Sand Bank "Sillon de Talbert is only 1.5 km away. The quaint port town Paimpol with its interesting weekly market is 9 km away. The following sights are definitely worth seeing: Brehat island (9 km) with its southern flora. The former bishop’s residence "Treguier" with its large church (7 km). Various castles (8-15 km). The pink granite coast at Ploumanach and Perros Guirec (12 km).
