Detailed description:

Ca'n Jordi is a single family house with an already long history. The original building was built before approx. 30 years as summer 'Casita' at that time. After several owners and appropriate changes it is today a small piece of jewellery and paradies. On a beautifully garden property on of approximately 1, 240 square meter for you as a guest a floor space of approximately 200 square meter on two floors (150 square meter ground floor, 50 square meter upper floor) is availabale to you, as well as further approx. 70 square meter, partly considered, terraces at the disposal. Also an external grill is not missing for the summer nights, as the cosy fire-places and furnaces for the winter in living and dining-room. Because thanks of the central heating Ca'n Jordi is available the whole year!
Rents can be done either only the ground floor or the entire house as unit.

Description of the area:

From the airport to Cala Muarda it is approx. 65 km and due to the motorway existing to LLucmajor and the then very well removed roads it only takes 50 to 60 minutes travel time. Cala Murada lies approximately in the center between the two more well-known places Cala D'Or and Porto Cristo. The village Cala Murada is an Urbanisation which is functioning and already existing for a long time in the southeast of Mallorca. The existing Urbanisation consists predominantly of houses and/or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire Urbanisation is much green and is suitable also for expanded walks. The houses are used both as holiday houses and as normal houses inhabited all year round. Thus the Urbanisation is at each season a pleasant place for a stay. In the Cala Murada you find two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetician, laundry and a post office beside various restaurants and bars. Also a small library is operated by the municipality.
