We rent out two small apartments for each 2 people (eventually with small child) - each with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation is ideal, for two friendly couples that want to spend their holidays in two separate apartments.

Apartment 1, called CASINHA, is a cute little cottage (30sqm) on the ground floor, in front of the garden, with bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed is directly above it, so that two people can also sleep separately. Equipped with Sat TV, CD player, and books.

Apartment 2 is a STUDIO (35sqm) on the first floor of the owners house, with private roof terrace and magnificent views. There is a living area with single bed, reading corner and wardrobe, the well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Due to the high ceiling there is also a spacious wooden plateau with a double mattress.

The beautiful garden with privacy screened pool area is completely fenced, so that you can stay absolutely undisturbed. You can cool off in the pool or just laze in the hammock in the shade of a tree. There are garden furniture, sun lounges and barbecue.

Both apartments have the same weekly rate. If you book both apartments together you will get 10% to 15% discount.
During High Season it is only possible to book both apartments together. Outside the main season you can also book only one of the two apartments, while the other remains free (in order to guarantee privacy).

Whether you want beach holidays, water sports, city tours or pure relaxation in the house ... - The two apartments are an ideal vacation spot for couples or solo travellers, especially for young people and students.

Although so calm and rural, the house has good access and is perfectly situated for any trips to the surrounded area.
The location is ideal to explore the white long sand beaches (5-15 min drive) and the Ria Formosa Park of the Eastern Algarve. You should also visit the charming historic town of Tavira (10 min drive), the typical fisher town Olhao with the best fish market (15min drive) and the wonderful unspoiled hinterland (15-30 min drive).

In neighbouring Luz de Tavira (2 km) you will find shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, doctor's office, and restaurants. There is a detailed information pack in the house.
