Detailed description:

From all our three vacation houses, this house offers at the most place. The house is detached on own ground (about. 900 m2 meadow). Behind the house you have the view to the crater-edge of the Sete Cidades. From here the crater-edge is attainable within an only one-hour walking-tour.
Direct behind the house you have your own parking place. To the front you have an unforgettable splendid panorama-view to west over the ocean.
The house has in the ground floor:
- bedroom with double bed,
- living room with sat-TV HOTBIRD, radio, - CD/DVD-Player,
- kitchen with dining-table,
- hall and
- bathrooms (shower).
Another bedroom with two single beds is in the first level.
From all rooms you have a free view to the atlanic ocean.
The kitchen is complete furnished for the self-sufficiency. You find an initial equipment at foods and beverages for the first two meals gratis. Bed-linen and towels are also including.
The house is equipped with Satteliten-TV with a lot of international programms. So, also far from home you are informed over each important athletic and political event.

Description of the area:

A beautiful walking-tour brings you in approximately 1 ½ hours from your vacation house to Sete Cidades.
The next sandy beach is in Mosteiros, distance approximately 5 km. Tourists are rara there.
The Ferraria in Ginetes: take a bath in a hot sources in the ocean, (distance approximately 2 km), in a landscape of volcanos created that seems unreal
Walking way to the village Ginetes with purchase-possibility: 15 minutes
Walking way to the bus stop: 5 minutes
Ponta Delgada (capital) with supermarkets, Cafe's and harbor-promenade, airport as well as rent a car approximately 20 km
