Detailed description:

The holiday home "Chez Joly" is situated in, what is called a lieu-dit on a hill next to the lovely village Javerlhac. The property has nearly one hectare of land, partly on the slope of the hill. 1.000 m2, including the swimming pool, are for your exclusive use. The sofa in the living room can be changed into a bed for 2 persons. There are dishes and seats for 6 persons. It is impossible to see your garden from another place than your veranda. In another part of the property is a biological vegetables garden and we will like you to taste sun ripened tomatoes or other.

Description of the area:

It is only 0,6 km from the holiday home to the village Javerlhac on the other side of the river Bandiat. There you have several small shops, doctor and pharmacy. The private castle can't be visited. There is a nutoil mill with demonstrations at some moments of the year and a roman church in La Chapelle Saint Robert. The 'parc naturel regional Perigord-Limousin' has no tourist sites of international renown, but a lot of smaller ones. Castles (Villars, Mareuil), small towns (Brantome, Saint Jean de Cole), the market in Piegut every wednesday morning. Or discover the various natural sites with their plants and animals.
