This fantastic villa comprises of two stories with large surrounding terraces and a beautiful mature garden around it. A large private overflow swimming pool measuring 750sq ft with plenty of deck space, together with a BBQ area, sun loungers and umbrellas.

The top floor of the villa consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite), large kitchen, dinning room and a large sitting room with fantastic views from the terraces leading out from the sitting room. The kitchen comes complete with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and all pots and pans as well as air condition.

The lower floor of the villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), with terraces leading out on the front area overlooking the pool. A small room on the side consists of the washing machine and dryer free of use.

All terraces come with garden furniture to enable one to enjoy al fresco dining or to relax under the umbrellas with a book.

All bedrooms including the sitting and dining area carries an air condition to make your holiday cool and carefree.

Description of the area:

Spread on a large plot measuring 18, 000sq foot. The villa is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the main road were one finds all the shops such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and bus stops.

Only 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Mellieha bay.
