One or two bedrooms with twin beds, one or two bathrooms, living rooms with SAT/TV and modern, fully equipped kitchens, some of them with dishwasher. The temperature during the day hardly ever falls below 20°C, even in winter. During the cooler evenings (few and far between) you can switch on the underfloor heating.

Lovingly furnished. There are books, games, cots and so much more. Washing machine and tumbler are tucked away in a self contained extension. Big private garden with plenty of animals, great for children. It is a good idea to book early for the prime periods, during the Easter / Summer holidays or for the monthly specials of November, February and March (lots of sun). They are usually taken up very quickly.

Description of the area:

The small village of Las Negras is situated about 40 km East of Almeria, framed by mountain ranges and the sea. The romantic fishing village has 2 jetties, a Plaza, playgrounds for children, restaurants, Tapa bars, boutiques, a camp ground, a hotel and boarding houses; yet there are no concrete high-rises. This region is a Nature Reserve, which means rare plants and animals (not many) as well as beautiful beaches (plenty). So you can go swimming right here, you can go hiking, diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain-biking. You can play Golf, ride trikes or motorbikes, and of course you can sunbathe and relax. The bay of Las Negras offers various possibilities if you want to go swimming: a small sandy beach with shallow waters, a pebble beach for fishing, snorkelling and diving. You also have the possibility to drive a motorboat to wonderful little bays. For those who seek untouched nature, dreamlike beaches with fine sand are only a romantic stroll (1/2 hour) or a short drive away.

The coast region East of Almeria is perfect for excursions of all kinds, by mountainbike, motor bike, jeep or on foot. You can’ t possibly ask for more: salt planes with flamingos, kilometres of sandy beaches, rustic, white villages, the volcanic rocky coast of the Cabo de Gata, a region that has been placed under protection (Natural Reserve) in 1987 because of its rich fauna and flora, even under water.
