The house, which has approx 150 sqm living area, is located in a small quiet area “L`Amfora” in Sant Pere Pescador, aprox. 250 m from the coast. This lovely home is just 3 - 5 minutes walk away from the beautiful wide sandy beach.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms with ensuite shower/bathrooms. Two of these ensuite bedrooms as well as a fourth bedroom with sofa bed and a balcony are on the first floor. The ground floor consists of the third ensuite bedroom, toilet, kitchen with dining area, living room and a storeroom with washing machine and drier.

From the living room you reach the roofed terrace and the terrace with an automatic awning and also the beautiful swimming pool and garden.

Description of the area:

There are aprox. 250 m to the latitude and big beach, you`ll be there in 3 minutes driving distance and aprox. 5 -10 minutes by foot. The beach offers active people a variety of water sports, for example: kite surfing, windsurfing, walking, jogging, volleyball etc. It is also ideal for children and families. Sant Pere Pescador and the surrounding area has a lot of walking and cycling trails.

Throughout the season there are well-stocked local supermarkets at both campsites “L´Amfora” and “Aquarius” (aprox. 3 minutes by foot) and in the centre of Sant Pere Pescador. Also there many restaurants located in Sant Pere Pescador, at both campsites and the surrounding towns of L´Escala, L´Estartit, Sant Martí d`Empuries, Castello d`Empuries, Empuriabrava and Roses.

You can reach the pharmacies and doctors in 5-10 minutes within driving distance.

Closer to Sant Pere Pescador, some places are well worth a visit: Roses, Canyelles-Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L´Escala, L´Estartit, Sant Martí – Ruines d´Empuries, Medes-Islands, Peralada, Dalí-museum, the residence and studio of Dalí at Portlligat. On your way you will discover some of the landscapes painted by this self-proclaimed genial divine artist.

There are lots of opportunities for all types of activities on the Costa Brava coastline, from kidesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, skydiving, tennis, golf or sunbathing.
