Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Waldrandnähe direkt an ausgeschilderten Wander- und Mountainbikerouten. Die legendäre Rennstrecke "Nürburgring" befindet sich in 7 km Entfernung, Reithalle und Platz sowie ein Hallen- und Freibad sowie Tennisplätze erreichen Sie in 1, 5 bis 2 km Entfernung.
