It´ s just a special holiday house in Greece, in the middle of olive trees of a soft mountain area.

Detailed description:

On the big (7000m²) area, there a two houses.

House 1 : 100m² for 4 persons. It has a big (28m² )terrace, a small terrace, kitchen, AT-TV, living room, 2 sleeping rooms, bathroom, toilet, entrance.

House 2 : 65 m², for 2 adults and 2 kids, sleeping room, dining room, kitchen, small terrace, AT-TV, ir-condition, She house is one big room, exept the bathroom and the toilet. In the first floor there ist he sleeping area for the kids. Both houses have washing machines, air condition and Sat- TV.
In the garden you have 94 olive trees, fruit trees, orange trees and a small grape yard. Very peaceful area. The garden is completely fenced in. The houses are part of the village but they are not so close to each ohter. In the next bigger village you have everything you need. It´ s a typical Greek village without many tourists from other countries.

Haus 1
Baujahr 1985, Geeignet für max. 5 Personen. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, Wohnzimmer, offener Kamin, Vorraum, 30 m² große Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick, Bad, WC, Waschmaschine, SAT-TV Anschluss, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer + Schlafzimmer, Heizung, eine kleine Terrasse vor dem Haus. Die Gartenfläche beträgt 7000 m², 10 Olivenbäume, 12 Obstbäume (Orangen, Zitronen, eigen, andeln, ranatäpfel, irschen, inglotten, irnen,Äpfel, üsse, leiner Weingarten) Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Das Haus ist gegen die Sonne durch einen riesigen Maulbeerbaum geschützt und es ist selbst bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm.

Haus 2

Baujahr Dezember 2002. Wohnfläche 65 m², besteht aus großem Wohnzimmer, Schlafteil Erdgeschoß, Dusche, WC, Küchenteil, Schlafteil im Halbstock, Klimaanlage, Heizung, Sat-TV Anschluss, Waschmaschine, Geeignet für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern.

In beiden Häusern ist Bettwäsche vorhanden.

ERLEBNIS OLIVENERNTE
Ende November bis Mitte Dezember ist die Olivenernte in Griechenland. Im Olivengarten stehen 94 Olivenbäume und die Gäste können die Olivenernte hautnah miterleben, zusehen, wenn sie wollen auch mithelfen und später dann in der Olivenölmühle beobachten, wie die Oliven gemahlen werden. Um diese Zeit herrscht eine tolle und emsige Atmosphäre überall in dieser Gegend weil alle Bauern ihr Oliven einbringen. Die Temperaturen sind sehr angenehm.

Right into the village. nfront of the petrol station (Avin) Mr. Kurt Steinmann is waiting for you. He is from Switzerland and speaks beside German, Italian, French and Greek. e brings you to the house and shows you everything you have to know there. He is the contact person during your stay here in Greece.
