The complex has a large community garden with lawns, trees and ornamental plants, a lobby, and a Swimmingpool. Next to the plant there is a large beach hotel with restaurants, Cafés, pool, Sauna and a turkish bath. Since both the hotel and the apartments belong to the same owner, you as guest of the Sun 31 can take up also all possibilities of the hotel.
