A modest distance to the south east of Orleans and to the north of Sancerre and the Burgundy (Saint Fargeau and Pouilly), at the eastern end of the Valley of the Kings, at only 150 km south of Paris (1 hour only from Fontainebleau), on the banks of the river Loire between Gien (bone china factory) and Briare (Canal Bridge), this apartment (approx. 70 m2 and apart from the main houses) is located on the ground floor of the former stabbles comprises 2 bedrooms with a king size bed and 2 single beds, a large living room, a kitchen (refridge+deep freeze, electric stove, microwave oven, dishes washer, dishes, etc.) and a bathroom (bathroom and wc, washing-machine). Furnished with quality antique furniture. A private entrance faces the south with private parking and small garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
