A HEARTFELT WELCOME!
Our cosy holiday apartment is ideally situated, away from the roaring traffic. In WINTER, the cross country tracks are right on your doorstep, just like the romantic winter walking trail to the Jägersee…. In SUMMER, it is an ideal base for countless relaxing hikes. The cycle and hiking trails to the Jägersee are close by too.

Separate entrance and carport. In summer, there is a cosy Loggia at your disposal.

Your holiday apartment has two lovingly furnished bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a cosy dining area, a modern sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and double basin, separate WC. Hall and bathrooms have under floor heating. Bed linen and towels (bath and kitchen) are at your disposal.




Electrical darts, sun beds, bicycles and bikes can be used WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE.

If you wish, there is also a fresh bread roll service.

Description of the area:

KLEINARL is situated in the heart of the skiing / active holiday region of AMADE! Beautiful NATURE just outside the National Parks of HOHE TAUERN!

Mountain / Valley from 1014 to 2654 m. Skiing fun galore on well prepared ski runs with state-of-the-art ski lifts, mountain railways, funiculars, etc. (Boarder park, Carving Tracks, Cidspark, Bubble railways, utterly cosy huts, toboggan tracks, etc.)…

In SUMMER, there are stunning mountain lakes to walk to, across Alpine pastures. Or you can do a full circle of the valley with your Nordic-Walking equipment. You can also plan a bike tour to the Jägersee close by. And after all this, you can sit in our Loggia and let yourself go to a wonderfully relaxing grill evening.

It’ a paradise for your children too. They can stroke animals at the zoo, go for a pony / Icelandic horse ride…
