Detailed description:

Casa Bonita is situated in the north of the Costa Brava in Roses – Mas Fumats.
The house lies in a very quite street with no traffic. As it lies against a hill, the entrance is on the level of the first floor. The first floor has about 100 square metres, consisting of fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining- and living room , large terrace with lovely view over the bay, a bathroom, 2 double-bedrooms and a single-bedroom.
Downstairs there is another double bedroom, the second bathroom, the entrance to the garage, the washing machine, and the way out to the 5 x 10 metres swimming pool and garden.
The plot has about 700 square metres and is completely closed. There is plenty of space for 2 cars outside, in the garage one car can park comfortably.
The house can be booked in summer and in winter, as it has air conditioning in the living room for very hot days, and it has central heating for colder winter days.
The large swimming pool is very popular in summer.
Undisturbed swimming and sunbathing is guaranteed.
The terrace upstairs is the ideal place to start your day with tea or coffee and Croissants, enjoying the great view over the sea and mountains. In case of not so pleasant weather you find compensation inside, making sure you feel like at home with comfortable dining table, sofa, SAT-TV and music equipment.

Casa Bonita lies in the North-east of Spain, in Catalonia, in Roses, about 3km from the centre in Mas Fumats, an urbanisation consisting of lots of beautiful individual houses lying against the hill, allowing gorgeous views over the Mediterranean, the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees.
Roses used to be traditional fishing village, which converted into an important tourist village because of its unique position and brilliant environment, offering today not only the fishing harbour but also a modern sport boat harbour, long board walks, lots of lovely shops, Restaurants and many more. The old Citadel on one side of the village which contains Greek ruins, and the Fortress Trinidad on the other side are signs of the significance of the village even centuries ago.
The sports offer doesn’ include only all kinds of water sports. The area is ideal for walking and cycling. You may play tennis. Golf courts are in 20-30 minutes reach. Even Parachuters will be well happy because of the parachuting centre in Empuriabrava.

By car. Motorway, once crossed the French-Spanish border take the Way out number 3. Follow signs Roses. About 25 km. Shortly before Roses, at roundabout turn left direction Cadaques. On the road to Cadaques turn left again into Mas Fumats.
By plane: Airport Girona (with Ryanair the airport “ Barcelona-Girona”) Rent a car. Take motor way direction North, France, take way out number 4. Direction Roses. Rest see above.
