Built in 2007 about 4 km from the beach, there are 9 Apartments (twobedrooms, threebedrooms and fourbedrooms flats) sleeps 4-8 for your holidays to rent . Located in a quiet area with easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and local amenities. We allow pets.
Open-plan living room with 2 seater double sofabed. The kitchens are equipped of all the necessary equipment (dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.) fridge, TV, washing machine, iron and iroing board, independent heating and air conditioned. Bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom with shower.
Dates can be flexible. Ideal for families with young children.

BILO APARTMENTS (sleeps up to 4): living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room with wardrobe and night tables, toilet with shower. Apartment equipment: air-conditioning, kitchen tools, table and chairs, washing machine, TV, fridge, iron and ironing board, clotheshorse.
Bed linens and towels can be rented on site (compulsory supplement: € 15,00 per person/week).

QUADRI APARTMENTS (sleeps up to 8):
living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room with wardrobe and night tables, twin room with bunk bed, loft with double bed and single bed, toilet with shower. Motorboote, die ohne Fuehrerscheingefahren warden koennen, stehen im Hafen von Arbatax (10 Km Entfernung) zur Verfuegung.
