Always immaculate and very cleanly presented.

Detailed description:

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool, gardens & Port entrance / marina, but as it is built on a slope, it is approached on ground floor level.
Confused? When you stay here, it will become clear. There are no steps and no lift is necessary to enter the apartment from the blocks entrance.
We have furnished & equipped our apartment to a far higher grade than the standard "flat rental" as both our parents sometimes come & stay here.
The bedroom & living room both have sliding glass windows to the terrace (4m x 3m) that looks over the sea.
The bedroom has a king-size bed that can be separated; a wall mirror/consul/seat; 2 double wardrobes; sea view & shower room en suite.
The living room has 2 large sofas; dining table with 4 chairs; TV/VHS/DVD with large free-to-hire film collection. We also have Freeview & Astra 19.2 with many German channels.
The kitchen has an electric oven with ceramic hob; a fridge/freezer; microwave; washing machine; dishwasher and the usual crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.
There is an underground parking place to rent.

Description of the area:

The block is located in an excellent central position, just 5 minutes walk from supermarkets, the Port of Estepona (restaurants, bars & shops) and the beach of Playa Cristo.
The apartment overlooks the gardens, pool etc., and is not affected by any Port noise.
We have lived in Estepona for 9 years and consider it to be a very safe area.
The old town is just a 15 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo (sea-front promenade).
It is full of charm and character with cobbled streets of white-washed houses, plazas with trees and cafes, a walking street (Calle Real), a Tourist Office, a small covered market, a church or two and lots of little pretty streets to wander around.
The busy N340/A7 road by-passes Estepona so it is easy and safe to cross roads to the beach.

A totalling relaxing and unique stay.

On arrival we had a warm welcome,and plenty of information about the apartment and the locallity. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and well equipped. A beautiful view of the harbour and the sea, and short walks to all types of shops and restaurants and of course the beach. We had a most enjoyable stay and would certainly book again. Neville was most helpful pointing out the points of interest which we did visit, and thoroughly enjoyed.

A lovely flat in a superb location run by owners who care about

Having read the reviews of this flat before booking, it actually exceeded our expectations. Really clean and well fitted there was not one thing that we needed to ask for. Really comfy beds and the view of the harbour as in the picture is exactly so, just perfect for breakfast before venturing out. The location is great, only 5 mins walk from the harbour where you have the choice of at least a dozen restaurants, particularly recommend the De La Mar. There is also a lovely little beach just past the harbour which would be great for swimming and sunbathing. Also looked great for kids, very safe.
Suggest you hire a car for the daytime trips out, there is plenty to see and do. We took the bus trip to Ronda with andlucia Tours, this was good value and an excellent trip.
We were greeted very warmly by Lynne which was lovely and we met up with Neville later on in the week. They had sent us lots of information in advance and did everthing they could to make our stay enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

A wonderful apartment

It is so reassuring to know that you have made the right decision even before you arrive at your holiday destination, the apartment looked perfect online but after reading the reviews and exchanging a few e.mails with Nev and Lynne we just knew that it was going to be great, and it was, there was absolutely everything we needed in the apartment and Nev was just a phone call away. As we were driving to the airport we were planning our next trip. Estepona is ideally situated for visiting some of the prettiest villages and well known towns in southern Spain, Cadiz and Seville are a little further away but can be done in a day trip. I second everything that the other guests have said.
