The Villa s situated in a very quite area 1 km from the beautiful and typical Majorcan town of Son Servera with his famous Golf course "Sera de Pula".
Also is 8 km from Artá, in the North of the island. Artá is an authentic and romantic town with old, narrow streets and the beautifully restored centre.
The white and long sandy beaches nearly are:
3 km – 5km from Costa de los Pinos and Cala Millor Beach.
Within only a few minutes you can reach several of the small "calas" situated on the North and East coast, like Cala Mesquida, Cala Tort.
Various interesting golf courses, like Canyamel, Son Servera and Capdepera are in easy reach.
