Description of the area:

The municipality of Hermigua is situated in a beautiful agricultural valley with mainly banana plantations and wine production. In Hermigua, you can find some of the most picturesque farm houses on the island of La Gomera.

Nature lovers need to know that Hermigua is the region of the forest El Cedro with its pretty creek carrying water the whole year round. This is one of the largest wooded areas on the Canary Islands.

How to find us:

You will most likely take the boat to get to La Gomera. Two companies offer regular connections from the island to Puerto de Los Cristianos
in the South of Tenerife. The crossing by Fred Olsen Express from San Sebastian de la Gomera takes about 45 minutes.


On the other hand, the Naviera Armas has upgraded its fleet and operates now with a boat of recent construction. The crossing between the ports of Los Cristianos and San Sebastián takes about 50 minutes.

Once on the island, head North - road 711 - Hermigua and drive to the meeting point. You can contact the owner a few days ahead to inform him of your estimated time of arrival and agree on a meeting point where you will be picked up and accompanied to the house.
