ABOUT THE COMPLEX
Tersefanou Village 1 is situated in the heart of Tersefanou. It is just three minutes walk from the quaint village square and less than 300m from the lower end of the proposed Golf Greens.
The development comprises of just 46 apartments made up of 7 two storey blocks including 28 two bedroom and 18 one bedroom apartments.
Blocks A, F and G are raised on columns to provide space for covered parking and at the same time, enhancing the views to the surrounding hills and the sea in the distance.
Large patio doors lead from the living room to the veranda and expansive bedroom windows are placed low to provide sweeping panoramic views of the secluded landscaped gardens and variety of communal facilities.
There are communal disabled facilities ie disabled toilets and showers and disabled ramps making this an ideal holiday home for disabled clients.
SPORTS FACILITIES
The nearest golf courses are all situated in and around Paphos; Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada. Pathos is just a short drive from Larnaca.
There are gyms situated in Larnaca with squash courts and tennis courts located in hotels nearby.
The complex has its own private swimming pool with communal sun beds available and a small Gym available to residents and guests.

ABOUT TERSEFANOU
Tersefanou is a peaceful and cultural village set 10 minutes away from Larnaca town centre and the new Larnaca International Airport and is also the setting for the proposed 5 star golf course.
The village offers a mixture of tavernas and restaurants offering traditional Cypriot cuisine and there is also, within walking distance, 2 supermarket kiosks and 2 cafes. Just a short drive away, in the nearby village of Kiti, are also supermarkets, banks, chemists, petrol stations, bakers etc.
The complex is just a short drive to Larnaca town centre which offers a good
selection of shops and restaurants and of course a lovely choice of beaches.
There is an hourly local bus service that travels from the village to Ayios Lazarus
in Larnaca town centre with journey time of approximately half an hour

THE BEACHES
The two most popular beaches in Larnaca are McKenzie and Dhekelia beaches. McKenzie Beach is situated on the outskirts of the city centre, less than five minutes drive from the airport. This beach is famous for its beautiful white sand and clean refreshing waters. Here you can enjoy many water sports and even do some scuba diving. There is also an excellent selection of restaurants which are well-known among locals for their fresh seafood and Cypriot cuisine.
SPORTING ACTIVITIES
These include scuba diving, yachting, sailing, all types of sea/beach activiities including banana boats, water skiing, jet skiing, pedalos, parasailing and more.
HISTORIC PLACES OF INTEREST
These include Aphrodites Rock, The medieval Larnaca Fort, Kition, The Troodos mountains and much much more.

How to find us:
The most convenient way to get to Larnaca is to fly into its international airport, which is located just five kilometres from the city centre. You can also arrive by sea from a number of different ports around the Mediterranean and the city is connected to the rest of Cyprus, Italy and beyond by bus.
BY BUS
The bus terminal in Larnaca extends along the entire length of Leoforos Athinon avenue, which is the town’ s main seaside promenade. Buses arrive and depart to all of the major cities in Cyprus several times each day. The two main bus companies on the island are Kallenos and EMAN. BY AIR
Larnaca International Airport, located five kilometres southwest of the city, is the largest airport on Cyprus. While there are no direct flights between the United States and Cyprus, British Airways and Cyprus Airways provide direct service from London to Larnaca.
