Detailed description:

The detached holiday house is located at the outer part of a park complex and backs onto a conservation area. It offers plenty of room for up to 11 people. The villa has an inviting lobby, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a beautiful living/dining room, a complete equipped kitchen, a comfortable family room with a glass sliding door to the terrace. The pool is located there (can be heated on request) with divan beds and dining facilities: dining table and chairs, naturally everything screened in. The patio heads to the south, which makes the place sunny all day long and offers a fantastic view of the natural reserve. In case you want to withdraw from the sun, it`s no problem either. The protected, roofed-over terrace invites to relax and have a meal or snack in the open. You can also use the washing machine and a dryer in the laundry area leading to the double garage. The house is completely air conditioned and includes a safe as well as an alarm system - and a Christmas tree (Christmas time)!

You will love the central location of the villa. You can reach many attractions and world-famous amusement parks in no time and without any troubles. Some of these are: Disneyworld - Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Discovery Island, Planet Hollywood, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach; Sea World, Discovery Cove (swimming with dolphins), Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Gatorland, Church Street Station, Arabian Nights and Medieval Times (Dinner Shows), Oldtown, Airboat rides, huge flea markets, outlets, golf courts and many more. There are delicious steak houses, family friendly buffet restaurants, low-priced all-you-can-eat restaurants, fast food places; malls, drug stores, shopping facilities of all kinds aso. - they are all reachable within a few minutes (you can walk it if neccessay). The world-famous attraction "Cape Canaveral" is reachable in about 35 min. It`s also only 40 min. to the popular "Daytona Beach", which is drivable by car!

To all Golf players! The vacation home has a top location to several Golf Courses. You will surely find your "favorite" place, too. My management now uses 'Kissimmee Guest Services' for all their discounts on tickets and other things such as golf. Just mention that you are staying in a '----' (I´ ll give you the name) rental property and they will give you a discount. They have various offers. I`d give you a tel. o. and you could call them - in advance - to find out their rates.

The vacation home is located in a quiet ares, where you can find rental properties as well as Florida residents. The house is great for families with children, family reunions, friendly families - and for business people, too.
After an exausting day at an amusement park, you can enjoy a break "at home" at the illuminated pool by night with a romantic atmosphere! Our clean holiday home offers all omforts of a true home at the price of a hotel room! You will definitely enjoy every minute!

Achten Sie auf Schilder CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENWAY 417 (south). Fahren Sie auf der 417 Richtung "south" ca. 1 1/2 Meilen bis Sie auf die 1$ Toll-Station kommen (Herausgabe von Wechelgeld möglich). Bleiben Sie auf der Straße für weitere 1 1/2 Meilen bis Sie Exit 14 - LANDSTAR BLVD. erreichen. Fahren Sie an dieser Ausfahrt hinaus. An der Ampel biegen Sie nach links ab in die LANDSTAR BOULEVARD. Ca. 1, 5 Meilen Richtung "south" fahren bis zur Kreuzung RHODE ISLAND WOOD CIRCLE. (Das ist die Erstmögliche links an Kreuzung - Ampelschaltung-). Rechts ist das Einkaufscenter " PUBLIX" und Drogerie "ECKERDS" zu sehen. Nach links in die Straße RHODE ISLAND WOOD CIRCLE einbiegen. Additional comments regarding the rates:	The rental fee includes all taxes, towels and bed linens. The departure cleaning fee is also included (in case of a stay of 7 nights and more). A cleaning fee of $98 will be charged for a booking less than 7 nights. Pool heating (on request) $22 per day. A down payment of $300 is required to secure your reservation. It automatically confirms the booking. The rental fee has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
