Tyriou - Convenient cottage with a large park close to the shores of the Aulne

Detailed description:

The house amid of a large park compound (20. 000 m²) with a small forest is situated above the shores of the Aulne, where you have a delicious discovering view onto the river landscape of the Aulne valley.
On the ground floor is a large, cosy furnished living-dining room in Brittany style with a great chimney which is as high as the room. A well equipped kitchenette made of massive wood with a 5 flames, combined gas and electronic stove, electronic oven with grill, freezer, dish washer, naturally with all devices. An open stair leads to the first floor. Because of the roof construction the rooms of the first floor are very high. Firstly you get to the to an open mezzanine which is used as a lounge and study and furnished as a 2nd living room. The bedrooms have a French double bed . An additional cot is available.

Description of the area:

Proximate in front of the house you can go fishing or canoeing. Over the property, along the river which forms two large nooses the old towpath from Nantes to Brest where ships were pulled in the past and now invites to ample promenades or broad bicycle tours. Hiking tours are offered to discover the idyllic, undulating landscape of the "Black mountains" directly from your holiday domicile.
The small venue Chateauneuf du Faou about 1 km apart from Kervaez is a pretty, quiet country city. There you find large and small stores, bars and restaurants, 2 supermarkets, banks, post offices, just everything you need.
Despite the agrarian location at the edge between the Black mountains and the Parc d'Amorique a lot of sights and the most beautiful beaches are easy to get. The capital of the Finistère, the picturesque Quimper, is only half an hour apart by car. Nearer are the historical cities Chateaulin, Locronan or Le Faou.

Additional comments regarding the rates:	If the booking period includes two different price periods the weekly rate is calculated with the first booking day of each week. A basic consumption of 80 kw/week of electricity is also included as well as the use of water, gas and wood for the chimney. If there is an excess of the defined consumption the further costs will be charged. Final cleaning by the caretaker: 50 Euro. There will be a deposit of 33 % of the whole rental rate has to be paid when the booking is made.
