Large open concept living/dining area with spacious, exclusive fitted kitchen, which divides 2 sleeping areas, each with a bedroom, bathroom and a hall with huge wardrobe.
Villa Fernando has 2 separate sleeping areas, each with one bedroom with mosquito screens towards the seaside, a bathroom and a hall with large wardrobe, divided by the exclusive fitted kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has an additional individual be. One bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, the other one with a tumble-dryer. Both bathrooms are equipped with a large shower tub, sink, bidet and toilet, a vanity mirror with light and a hairdryer.
The kitchen features a ceramic cook top with 4 hotplates with exhaust hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, family-size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, ice crasher, ironing board and iron, SAFE as well as a breakfast bar and 2 barstools.
From the kitchen you look across the separate dining and living area towards the sea. The living area with pleasant white leather sofas and a recliner, features a large flatscreen TV, CD-player, internet (DSL) and DVD-player.
For your comfort we provide beach towels and a bathrobe per adult!
Our children equipment includes: baby tub, changing pad, toddler bed(s), highchair. We would be delighted to provide you with these items on previous request.
The terrace has 4 sunbeds, a natural stone bench, a covered eating area with 6 chairs. There is a community pool with exterior shower and foot washbasin and a BBQ area!

Quiet location without any car noise. 50m footpath to the beach with fine white sand. Surfing school, diving school and other water sports facilities at 150m distance. Restaurants, supermarket, shops and car rentals are within walking distance.

Den Winter auf¨s Angenehmste unterbrechen
Wir kommen in unregelmässigen Abständen nach Costa Calma und haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass man sich auf die Empfehlungen von Betreuung verlassen kann. Sie kennt die Gäste und findet immer passende Objekte.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und vom Ausblick her nur minimal zu überbieten. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter - das man hier wirklich ausgesprochen selten antrifft - oder in den kühlen Abendstunden kann man hier auf¨s Angenehmste entspannen. Durch die getrennten Schlaftrakte ist das Haus auch sehr gut für den Urlaub mit Freunden oder mit Teenagern geeignet.

Traumhafter Bungalow
Wir waren früher schon zweimal auf Fuerteventura, aber nun das erste mal mit unseren Kindern. Die Villa Fernando liegt optimal. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte, auch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist traumhaft. Sehr geschmackvolle Möbel werden durch eine Traumküche ergänzt. Toll sind auch die beiden Bäder. So einen modernen Fernseher sowie eine so gute Surround-Anlage hatten wir noch in keinem Urlaub. Obwohl der Strand direkt vor der Haustür liegt, haben wir den zur Anlage gehörenden Pool sehr oft genutzt. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben schon den nächsten Termin dort gebucht.
