Die Villa befindet sich in dem ruhigen Badeort Spiaggiabella (dem "Hausstrand" der Barockstadt Lecce) mit langen, feinsandigen Badestränden. Sie haben die Wahl zwischen dem direkt vor der Haustür liegenden freien Sandstrand und mehreren "lidi" mit Bars und Liegen und Sonnenschirmen (in ca. 2 km Entfernung). Die Villa selbst ist von Palmen, Birnen-, Pflaumen- und Feigenbäumen umgeben und kann sowohl für max. 4 Personen als auch zusammen mit der Dependance (s. "Casa Bella") für max. 6 Personen angemietet werden.

WOHNEN:
Man gelangt über den Vorplatz mit Bänken und Liegen zum Haupthaus und in den Wohnraum, in dem sich der Esstisch (für bis zu 10 Personen), der Kühlschrank, eine Sitzecke, ein Kamin und der TV befinden. Von hier aus gelangt man sowohl in die beiden Schlafzimmer (mit Ehebett bzw. mit zwei Einzelbetten) als auch zum kleinen Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und der Küche, die komplett mit Gasherd und Geschirr ausgestattet ist. Hinter dem Haus liegt eine weitere Veranda, eine überdachte Aussendusche und der Garten mit Obstbäumen, von wo man zur Dependance gelangen kann.
