located immediately by the sea, offers a number of accommodation units for rent – suites, single room suites (studios) and rooms The house is situated in Novigrad, a tourist town on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, only 20 km from Slovenia and 40 km from Italy.
The sea, flanked by a charming pine forest, is only 40 m from Villa Baissero. There are:

The entire area is very tranquil, including the (pedestrians only) promenade by the sea, which makes it ideal for relaxation, bathing, taking walks, tennis playing, bicycle riding, discovering little natural hidden beaches that will make you feel totally relaxed or allow you to simply enjoy the natural beauties around you.

Description of the area:

The centre of Novigrad is only a several minute, pleasant walk away. Novigrad, known as Emonia in ancient times, is a typical Mediterranean town with a strong architectural influence of Venice, discernable from numerous gothic details.
We propose that you visit an ancient Christian basilica in Romanic style, as well as a crypt under the shrine, the only of the kind in Istria.

A small lodge dating back to the 16th century, town palace, town walls with a circular belvedere from the 13th ct., as well as a number of other details you will discover for yourself when walking through the streets and squares imbued with history, are all enchanting. Many typical restaurants and taverns offering Istrian dishes made from fresh fish, meat, truffles and other specialties inevitably complemented with olive oil and quality local wines can be found in Novigrad and its surroundings. The interior of the peninsula is also wonderful, with its picturesque little towns perched on hill slopes.
