Your dreamvilla has been built in 2005, and is located at Diani Beach less than 500 metres from the radiating white sandy surf. It combines african flair and european standards of comfort. Situated at the centre of a 4100 sqm subtropical garden, surrounded by a wall for privacy, lined by colourful and fragrant bougainvilleas outside. Inside you find banana, abaca, passion fruit, pawpaw, mango, coconut, and flowers of singular beauty. Birds seek shade in the canopies of trees and entertain you with their delightful chatter.

Description of the area:

Your villa has been erected according to century-old african traditions. For health- minded europeans it has an unbeatable advantage: built under ecological guidelines, it is designed not to require an air-conditioner. Ambient temperature indoors is always pleasant, because the roof inside is the ceiling, 18 metres high, collecting the warm air in its big funnel and have it permeate through the thatch.
