Going through the garden you will reach the dock with boat lift where a 23 feet motor boat, Nautic Star 230 DC O/B, model 2006, is waiting for you. The motor boat has 150 hp and allows access for 8 people. It brings you to the most beautiful beaches and islands as for example Sanibel or Captiva Island.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
