The Villa du Parc is situated between the skislopes of the pyrenees and the mediterranean sea (both 50 km), 10 min on foot from the center of the little town Prades.

We propose different sized holiday accomodations for 1 to 10 persons in the main- or in the garden house as well as in the new house. The stone house can be rented as one whole unit for 5 persons, the new house for 10.
There are four B & Bs, three studios for 2 and three apartments for 3 to 4 persons. They can also be rented with hotel services as breakfast or additional cleaning.

The studios and apartments dispose kitchens, television, wlan, view on the pyrenees, terrasse or balconies and have one or two bathrooms. They have been recently renovated. The rooms have also television, a little fridge, wlan and three of four have a balcony and are air conditioned.

Description of the area:

Prades is situated on the foot of the pyrenees, surrounded by apricottrees and the mountains. Right in the middle of the mediterranean sea and the skislopes you can choose whatever direction you want to profit from the diversities of our department.

In direkter Umgebung gilt es den 2794 m hohen Canigou mit Geländewagen und anschließendem 2 stündigen Fußmarsch zu erklimmen, Bäche, Flüsse und Wasserfälle zu entdecken, zu fischen, Kanu/Kajak zu fahren oder zu raften, Höhlen zu erforschen, Canyoning zu betreiben, die alte Festung von Vauban zu bestaunen, mit dem kleinen gelben Zug ins Hochgebirge zu fahren, sich Klöster anzuschauen, die Grotten von Canalettes zu bestaunen...

Wellness offer:

Wir selber bieten Sauna und Whirlpool in den kühleren Monaten des Jahres an (ansonsten ist der Pool auf). In 20 min. Entfernung gibt es heisse Thermalquellen sowie Wellnessbäder in Perpignan und Andorra

How to find us:

Take the motorway until the north of Perpignan, than direction Andorra on the n.116. In Prades just go straight ahead, you will find automatically the "route de Ria". The Villa du Parc is on your left hand side just before quitting Prades.
