The private appartment "Morlanda" is situated on the South-east of Majorca at an urbanisation by the sea called Cala Morlanda. It is a residential area with privileged surroundings and familiar atmosphere.
Most of the inhabitants are Majorcans who have in Morlanda their summer residence.

Detailed description:

The apartment has a dining room with chimney, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom from where you can contemplate the Mediterranean sea and a complete bathroom. It also has cold/hot air conditioning, television, and a hi. y system.

The terrace is very large and you will enjoy sitting there contemplating the sea.

Description of the area:

The area is a residential area by the Mediterranean sea.
On the surroundings there is a "talayot" (prehistorical settlement) and a clear water beach with cliffs and a few meters further a smaller beach with sand. Close to Morlanda there is the beach of sa Coma and the beach of Cala Millor which are famous tourist areas full of pubs, shops, nautical sports and plenty of leisure activities.
If you wish a relaxing vacations, peace and quiet in a natural area, then the apartment Morlanda is waiting for you.

The tourist resort nearby of Sa Coma has an important wellness center "Biomar" with thalassotherapy, aromatherapy, massages and so on.
In S'illot, very close to Cala Morlanda there is the spa Mariant Park.

How to find us:

By Taxi: 60 euros aprox. (max. 4 people)

By public transport: bus+train+bus =12euros aprox per person.

By a rented car: Take the Palma-Manacor- Porto Cristo road. Once in Porto Cristo take the Cala Millor - Son Servera road and turn right at the crossroad to s'Illot. At the end of this road you will find Cala Morlanda. Just before reaching the sea front, turn left to the Avinguda Llop then turn right to the Carrer de l'Espiga and then left to the Carrer del Pagell and finally right to the Carrer del Ginebro and follow it untill you reach the apartment at the corner of a building called "Talayot".
