Villa Floral is situated in the countryside of Loulé, only 15 min. drive from Faro airport.
The typical rustic property set in its own grounds of 1.500 m2 and is totaly surrounded by gardens, with many flowers, fruittrees, uch as Almond, Orange and Lemon.
It offers the peace and comfort any family is looking for to have a splendid Holiday.
The villa has a spacious lounge which overlooks the frond gardens. Hosting a wood burner, music centre, satellite TV, etc.

The traditional farm styled kitchen is fully fitted with dish-washer, fridge/freezer, gascooker & and electric oven/grill, microwafe, etc.
A backdoor leads to the private courtyard, where you can find a BQ,
a big wooden table with banks, hich is covered by vineyards, which gives you lovely shaddow, where you can sit and enyou your meals.

There are two 2-bed sleepingrooms which both have wardrobes, dressers and overlook the courtyard. These share a batroom which consists of handbasin, toilet, bidet, combined bath&shower.
The generous masterbedroom has wardrobes, dressers, etc. and its own ensuite bathroom of toilet, bidet, handbasin, shower&bath combination.

The very private pool (4.00 x 8.00) is seperated from the backyard by a slidingdoor, for the safety of your little children. And has an outside shower, as well as all the necessary fourniture and sun-shades to enjoy the wellness of the Algarvian Sunshine and relaxing surrounding of gardens.

In the evening its wonderfull to sit here, enjoying a wine and observing the moon and the stars.

Description of the area:

In the surroundings of the Villa you can still enjoy a nice walk in the unspoiled landscape of Algarve and see many animals and a variety of plants, flowers, trees, etc.

If you prefer to do some shopping then you can go to Loulé town, only 3 km. away, where you can find lots of shops of leather articles, artesanate, cloths, etc. and not to forget many coffeeshops "Pastelarias" and restaurants, where you can enjoy real portuguese dishes, for a very reasonable price.

The villa is cleaned 2 times a week. The sheets are changed 1 x week and the bathtowels 2 x week.
Towels for pool and beach you must bring yourselve.

The garden and pool are looked after.

Leisure activities:

Exploring the landscape in the surroundings of the villa.

Going to visit the several beaches, to reach within 20 min.

If you play golfe, you can practice in many famous golfcourses also to reach within 20 min.

Shopping in several towns, like Loulé, Faro, Albufeira, or even Ayamonte in Spain, to reach in less than 40 min. And what about Lisbon or Seville, both to reach in little more than 2 hours.

Visit the Waterparks like Aguashow, where you can have a lott of fun with sliding and swimming and even see manay different tropical birds.

How to find us:

Faro airport, which is only 15 km. from the Villa and very easy to reach.

It is necessary to rent a car, by Internet or at the many agencies at the airport.
