The Finca is situated in a really quiet area on the outskirts of Tias, (on a hillside) divided into 4 lovingly furnished holiday apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms.

Apartments with sea view. Feeling on holiday from the moment you arrive, you will enjoy the calm and the beautiful view.

From the terraces of each apartment or from the sofa, you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets, a wonderful, sweeping panoramic sea view and, in the evening, the unique twinkling lights scene of the coastal villages.

A well-tended, tropical garden surrounds the heated pool, where you can swim even in winter or relax on the wind-protected sun terrace.

The pool and the sun terrace can be used by all guests of the Villa la Vega.

Enjoy this unusual silence and marvel at the view over the endless sea, a unique sight that will capture you again and again, day after day.

Our four comfortable apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture and with attention to detail. There is not much difference between the different apartments. They all have a spacious sun terrace with spectacular sea views. Each apartment has its own access to the garden and to the pool area.

The bedrooms:

All apartments have friendly and bright bedrooms with 2 single beds (that can be put together), a large closet, a chest of drawers and beds with duvets. There is one safe per apartment.

All bedrooms in the house except one have sea views! Your beds are changed once a week.

Kitchen equipment:

Fully equipped open kitchen with: ceramic hob, oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic pots a few frying pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, bread knife, vegetable knives, plates, glasses, etc. We also provide tea towels, dishwashing liquid for the first few days and mops.

Bath / sanitary equipment:

Large bathroom with double washbasin, (2 bedroom apartments) or with one washbasin, (1 bedroom apartments), shower / bathtub, small and large hand towels (for use indoors). There is also an additional chest of drawers. Hair dryer. Shower mat. All bathrooms with natural light!

Cleaning cupboard with bucket / broom, fresh towels twice a week. There is a washing machine every guest at the Villa la Vega can use too.

Living room:
Cosy open plan living area with suite of furniture (sofa and two

Our dream flats at Villa la Vega are very quiet, yet centrally located in the village of Tias. Only a 5 minutes’ drive from the beaches of Puerto del Carmen, Playa Pocillos, Matagorda and Playa Honda and a few minutes from the airport of Arrecife. In Tias, you will find local restaurants and cafeterias,
Shops (including supermarkets), an organic shop, a bakery – “Croissanteria”, and a butcher shop.

The airport is located near the town of Arrecife, where you can find a tourist information bureau, various travel companies and car rental companies.

Personal welcome at the airport Arrecife (ACE). We pick you up at the airport of Arrecife and show you the way to the Villa la Vega and your rented apartment.

We speak German fluently and will be happy to help you with your car rental booking, etc. or assist you with tips and information according to your needs.
