It is an old Canarian house of 120m², built in the middle of the 19th century and restored preserving the style and type of this area of the island. The house has wonderful view over the entire coastline of Fasnia and Arico and I located in a very quiet place.

Detailed description:

For its reconstruction, volcanic tuff was used, it is characteristic of the “Bandas del Sud” and which are popularly known as “tosca or jable” (extracted from the same place), and the morphology and the original materials were kept.
The name of the rural house “Las Vigas” (beams) corresponds to the place where it is located, which brings us back to the time of logging of forests wood for the production of beams for the construction of houses and buildings after the conquest of the Canary Islands.
