Die Wohnung besitzt eine geschützte, nach Süden gelegene Loggia und eine 60 m2 große Terrasse mit weitem Blick auf die romanische Kirche und die Burg-Silhouette von Lusignac.
Das private Schwimmbecken ist 12 Meter lang und hat einen bequemen Kindereinstieg.
