The house is privately owned and has been restored by the owners with great love for details. The interior combines modern architecture and antique furniture to create a unique and cosy atmosphere. The big kitchen invites to prepare tasteful dinners, using fresh, local ingredients. It is surrounded by a 5000 sqm large enhanced garden with beautifuil mediterranean flowers, oak and olive trees. You will find both: places in the sun and in the shade to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the calm area.

Our house lies in the middle of a Nature Park in the green hills. We can offer a great panorama within a calm und private atmosphere. Nearby are Urbino, Jesi, San Marino, Macerata; daytrips to Tuscany and Umbria. Beachlife in Senigallia, Ancona, Fano, for cultural events you will find a lot of tipps in the house.
