The property is an indipendent & separate unit of a big villa. The apartment on ground floor near of the little town balestrate, is situated in the middle of the gulf of castellammare, near the beach (300 metres) and all the facilities. Villas has very nice decorations and benefit from an external dining area where you can have your meals and barbeques while enjoying the sun & the perfumed air of the sea! the unit has its own garden and private parking.

Das Ortszentrum von Balestrate ist 2,5 Kilometer entfernt und bis zum Flughafen von Palermo sind es 28 Kilometer.
Inmitten einer Bucht gelegen, ist Balestrate ein schoener Urlaubsort für Strandausflüge aber auch für Tagesausflüge in die umliegenden Städte. Balestrate selbst zählt eher zu den kleineren Städten und verfügt dadurch über einen recht ruhigen und entspannten Charme, der sich auch auf Urlauber in der Stadt auswirkt. Hier findet jeder Entspannung und Ruhe – ideale Voraussetzungen um neue Kraft zu tanken.
Ein großer Vorteil der kleinen Stadt Balestrate ist ihre wunderschoene Lage nicht nur in der herrlichen Bucht sondern auch wegen ihrer geringen Entfernung zu anderen Städten wie beispielsweise Palermo. Das macht sie zu einem perfekten Startpunkt für die verschiedensten Ausflüge ins Umland.
Egal zu welcher Jahreszeit man nach Balestrate kommt, hier kann man immer an den Strand gehen oder eine der wunderbaren Städte besichtigen.
