The apartments of Villa Adrian are situated in Borik (pine forest), which is a beautiful and calm district of the wonderful town Rovinj. Villa Adrian was built in 2006 and it consists of three apartments of different sizes, which are modern and very nice.

Detailed description:

The first apartment Ap."0" is about 45m² and suitable for 2+2* persons. It is furnished in a nice modern style and air-conditioned. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living-room with an extendible couch and a fully-fitted kitchen. The living-room is provided with a satellite-flatscreen-TV.

The second apartment Ap."3" measures 48m² and it is also made for 2+2* persons. This one is also furnished with care and provided with air-conditioning. It consists of one bedroom with double bed and a little balcony; further it has one bathroom with shower, a nice living-/dining-room with an extendible couch, provided with a satellite-flatscreen TV and one fully-fitted kitchen.
*2adults + 2children or 3adults.
The third and biggest apartment Ap."1" is a very nice and elegant one; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. It has air-condition and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-flatscreen-TV .

Each apartment has its own terrace, which is provided with garden furniture.
In front of the house there is one parking place for each apartment.

Description of the area:

Villa Adrian is only about 2,5km from the town centre; a supermarket and a newspaper kiosk are not far away from the house, and even the beach is at only 3-4 minutes walk. The beach itself is made of shingle and rocks; here you have cafés, ice, gourmet restaurants, snacks, sports- and playing offers. And if you don’t want to use the car, take the taxi-boat, which takes off from a mole on the beach in regular time intervals.

How to find us:

By car: take the direction Pula and than the exit Rovinj/Kanfanar. After the paying-toll turn left in direction Rovinj and than continue for about 15km(Rovinj North), until you get to the third roundabout (with an olive tree in the middle); here turn right in direction of Amarin. After some hundreds of meters on your right you will pass the driving and camping Porton Biondi; after it, at the first crossing turn left and continue in direction of Amarin. After the supermarket on your left, turn the first street left, named Miroslav Krleza. The second street left is Lodovico Brunetti, where Villa Adrian is situated at house number 13.
