In the villa's interior, our guests will find 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, heating, built-in wardrobes, safe, fire alarm system, 2 bathrooms (one of them with Jacuzzi, and the other, outside, next to the BBQ), living-dining room with air conditioning and electric blinds, television, DVD, music system, kitchen with oven, vitroceramic, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee machine, dishwasher, table and kitchenware, washing machine, all of it, first quality equipment.

Description of the area:

Located in the island of El Hierro, and swept by the gentle and regular trade winds influenced by the ocean currents from the Sahara Bank. Its extraordinary degree of conservation has deserved the island to be declared "Biosphere Reserve" in year 2000; as at the time of this declaration there were only 370 other Biosphere Reserves in the world, not surprisingly the smallest island in the Canaries has become a dream paradise within the Canary Islands Eden, where your holidays will be spent in full calm and the deepest silence, and in contact with nature. In addition, the island offers clear water creeks and natural pools, and spectacular ocean bottoms for snorkelling and scuba diving.
The villa is located in Valle de la Frontera, on a 1012 m. property, with a private 50 m2 swimming pool, 100 m2 solarium, BBQ, large garden with fruit trees, pétanque field, and garage for two cars (with automatic door), and is ready to provide maximum comfort for the guests.
