Villa Lemoni is a large house with two bedrooms and one extra studio for up to 6 persons with a beautiful seaview in the green valley of Agia Fotia, 14 km outside of Ierapetra in the south of the island of Crete. You have a lovely seaview as well as a view of the mountains and the small and very green valley of Agia Fotia.

The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, washing machine, internet acces (WiFi), an extra studio for 2 persons (plus Baby) with kitchenette and bath with shower, a covered terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds, and free parking for the rent a car.
The house is partially suitable for wheelchair users. In the shower, but there is an edge. Tell us about your needs with more to ensure that it meet your needs for your holidays with a wheelchair.

It only takes 2 minutes by car to the taverns down by the bay and by the seaside, and only 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a small supermarket in the village of Galini (800 m) and more supermarkets, a bakery, butcher's, petrol station, hairdressers and many restaurants and bars in the village of Ferma, 2.5 kilometres away.

You can enjoy the pool, buffet breakfast and buffet dinner of hotel just 400 meters away (quiet hotel, no noisy animations!).
